Modify / Cancel Policy

YRUL accepts requests to modify or cancel orders under the following conditions:

Modification policy:
You may request to amend your order within 36 hours of placing it. This includes correcting errors or replacing parameters.

Cancellation policy:

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order for reasonable causes (e.g. force majeure, special circumstances).
• If the product has been produced but not yet shipped and you still want to cancel, a 20% restocking fee will apply (not applied to customized or bespoke items).
