Do you ship overseas?
We proudly ship worldwide — and yes, free shipping is available to every country.
How long will it take to get my orders?
At YRUL, all orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Vietnam. Our standard processing time is within 3–5 business days. However, for bespoke Wallet, it may take 3–7 business days. During peak seasons, there may be delays of 3–5 business days due to the high volume of orders.

What shipping service are you using?
We use DHL Express, USPS, FedEx, or Singapore Post for all international orders from Vietnam. These carriers usually deliver within a week, sometimes even faster than domestic delivery.

How do I start a return?
YRUL accepts product returns and refunds. If you have an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team via email at support@yrulworld.com. You must initiate within 30 days of receiving the product or as soon as a defect is discovered.
