DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

YRUL accepts product returns and refunds.

Term of exchange: 30 days from the date you receive the product or as soon as you discover the error upon receipt.

Below are the conditions for a refund

Conditions apply:

  • Applicable to all products due to manufacturing defects by YRUL, or if the product you receive is not the same as the product you ordered (YRUL guarantees at least 90% color accuracy; photos may vary <10% due to lighting or materials).

Conditions do not apply:

  • Orders placed for third parties (gifts) returned for subjective reasons such as liking color, thickness, material, etc.
  • Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance.
  • Past habitual abuse of our returns agreement.

Other details:

  • Please pay shipping costs when returning the product.
  • Refunds are processed 3–7 business days after we receive the product.
  • Include your order number in the package to help us track it.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?
You can reach out to support@yrulworld.com or WhatsApp with your order number (e.g. #1234). We’ll then be in touch to facilitate the rest.

DO I NEED A RECEIPT?
Proof of purchase is required to validate a return or exchange. Please include your order number or receipt in your email. This way, we can issue a refund, store credit, or exchange equivalent to the original purchase price.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your card or original payment method within a few days.
